The DPO (Data Protection Officer) is a person who provides privacy consultancy and training and monitors compliance with the law, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects: that’s why we appointed one!

What is personal data?

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (Article 4 GDPR).

You are not obligated to use the form; you can also write to us in another way or submit your request verbally. The form is simply useful to guide you through your request and allow us to process it more easily.

In any case, we will respond to you within 30 days, informing you if more time is needed, as required by law.
