The MuNDA, National Museum of Abruzzo, is celebrating the six-year anniversary of its reopening with free admission to its collections on Thursday, December 16th and Sunday, December 19th. Free admission will be in compliance with anti-COVID regulations.

  • On Thursday, December 16th, at 5:00 pm, the concert “From Opera to Jazz” by Maestros Giuliano Mazzoccante, piano, and Antonio Tinelli, clarinet, will be held in the Museum’s Sala Francescana. Admission is free while seats last, in compliance with anti-COVID regulations (reinforced green pass and masks required).
  • On Sunday, December 19th, at 4:00 pm, the new entrance hall will be presented, featuring works by sculptor Emilio Greco. The large bronze Nereid (1973) will once again be on display to the public, surrounded by the plaster casts that the maestro donated to the National Museum of Abruzzo.
