The MuNDA – National Museum of Abruzzo is participating in the 2023 White Night, organized by the Municipality of L’Aquila, with a special opening at the Mammut del Castello!
During the event, visitors can admire the fossil skeleton of Mammuthus meridionalis vestinus, one of the most complete in Europe, found in Scoppito (AQ) in 1954 and dating back approximately 1,300,000 years.
