The National Museum of Abruzzo opens for Easter holidays

During the Easter holidays, March 31 and April 1, 2024, the two locations of the National Museum of Abruzzo will be open to the public with the usual admission times:
the east bastion of the Castle, which houses the fossil skeleton of the mammoth, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (last admission at 6:00 p.m.); the MuNDA location on Via Tancredi da Pentima (formerly the Slaughterhouse) from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last admission at 7:00 p.m.).

During the week of April 1st to 7th, the ordinary Monday closing time will not be extended.

Tickets

The single ticket is valid for a single-day visit to the eastern bastion and the National Museum of Abruzzo, located on Via Tancredi da Pentima.
On March 31st, the full price ticket is €4; reduced price for those aged 18-25 is €2; free for those under 18.
From April 1st, 2024, the new full price ticket for admission to the National Museum of Abruzzo will be €7; the reductions and free admissions provided for by ministerial regulations remain unchanged.
Reservations are required for groups of more than 20 people by emailing mn-abr.urp@cultura.gov.it
Tickets for the National Museum of Abruzzo can be purchased directly at the ticket office or on the Italian Museums portal at www.museiitaliani.it or on the Musei Italiani app.
