Terre Sonanti – The Mammoth. A day dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the discovery of the Mammoth.

To mark the 70th anniversary of the discovery of the Mammoth, on March 25th the Municipality of Scoppito will host a day of learning open to all to discover Terre Sonanti – Il Mammut, a participatory art project that aims to bring the Mammoth, exhibited in the eastern bastion of the 16th-century castle, back to life.

After the presentations, a short documentary video about the workers of the Santarelli kiln will be shown, and residents will be able to share their testimonies and memories of the discovery of the mammoth.

Afterwards, a buffet will be provided by the Community Catering Service 24 Luglio.
