On Sunday, June 5th, admission to MuNDA is free, as is every first Sunday of the month.
But that’s not all!
Students from the Academy of Fine Arts of L’Aquila will welcome visitors to the Museum at 11:00 a.m. to learn more about the history of the masterpieces and the issues surrounding their restoration and conservation.
This is the first guided tour that will showcase the professionalism and expertise developed in the Academy’s School of Restoration and the future School of Art Education and Communication.
This collaboration is the result of an agreement with the National Museum of Abruzzo, allowing for the broadest interinstitutional cooperation and mutual benefit in shared areas.
Project coordinated by the chairs of: History of Modern Art (Professor H. Economopoulos); Art Pedagogy and Teaching (Professor S. Manganaro); Restoration (Professor E. Sonnino).
Students involved: Sarah Migliarini, Angelica Petrucciani, Maria Fidanza, Babila Barreca, Deanna Re, Silvia Arcangel
