On September 1st, the Ministry of Culture’s “Domenica al Museo” initiative, which provides free admission to all state cultural sites on the first Sunday of the month, will be held again.
The Borgo Rivera branch of the National Museum of Abruzzo and the east bastion of the 16th-century Castle, featuring the fossilized mammoth skeleton,
will be open to the public during the following hours:
- Borgo Rivera branch of the National Museum of Abruzzo from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, with last admission at 7:00 pm;
- east bastion of the Castle from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with last admission at 6:30 pm.
On Sunday, September 1st, the “Armonie d’arte” project will take place in the east bastion of the 16th-century castle with the following program:
- 11am | Andrea Grossi (double bass)
- 3:30pm | Silvia Bolognesi (double bass)
Access to the 11am and 3:30pm concerts will not require reservations, but will be limited to a maximum of 70 people.
