On April 7th, the Ministry of Culture’s “Domenica al Museo” initiative returns, offering free admission to all state cultural sites on the first Sunday of every month.
Domenica al Museo in April is an unmissable opportunity to visit the Borgo Rivera branch of the National Museum of Abruzzo and the east bastion of the Castello cinquecentesco, which houses the fossilized mammoth skeleton.
Opening hours for the two museums:
- National Museum of Abruzzo from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, with last admission at 7:00 pm.
- East bastion of the Castello cinquecentesco from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with last admission at 6:00 pm.
