May 1, 2026. Labor Day at the National Museum of Abruzzo

To mark Festa dei Lavoratori, on 1th May 2026, the sites of the Museo Nazionale d’Abruzzo dell’Aquila will be open to the public under the usual admission arrangements:

16th-century castle from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (last admission at 6.00 pm).
Booking is compulsory for groups of more than 20 people via email at mn-abr.urp@cultura.gov.it
Parco archeologico di Amiternum, from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

Tickets for the Museo Nazionale d’Abruzzo and the Parco archeologico di Amiternum can be purchased directly at the respective ticket offices, via the Italian Museums portal at: museiitaliani.it or via the Musei Italiani app.
