Mammut Openings May – June 2024

From 10 May to 30 June 2024, the Mammoth will be open in the eastern bastion of the Castle.

The eastern bastion of the Castle, which houses the fossil skeleton of the Mammoth, will be open to the public from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with last admission at 6:00 pm, on the following days:

May:
10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26 e 31
June:
1°, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29 e 30

Tickets

The combined ticket is valid for a single-day visit to the eastern bastion and the National Museum of Abruzzo, located on Via Tancredi da Pentima. The museum is open to the public during the following hours:
Tuesday to Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last admission at 7 p.m.).
Reservations are required for school groups and groups of more than 20 people by emailing mn-abr.urp@cultura.gov.it
Single ticket: €7 full price, €2 reduced price for those aged 18-25, free for those under 18.
Tickets for the National Museum of Abruzzo can be purchased directly at the ticket office or on the Italian Museums portal at www.museiitaliani.it or on the Italian Museums app.
