Notice to users regarding ticket purchases on the Musei Italiani portal and app

Please be advised that due to scheduled maintenance work on Monday, August 12th, starting at 1:00 PM, online payment services via PagoPA will be temporarily interrupted for approximately one hour. For the duration of the maintenance work, online tickets will not be available for purchase either via the app or the Musei Italiani portal.

Tickets can, however, be purchased via POS terminal or in cash at the ticket office in the 16th-century Castle.
