As part of the “Domenica al museo” initiative, which provides free admission to all state cultural sites on the first Sunday of the month, on September 3rd, the MuNDA will be open to visitors free of charge from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The extraordinary fossil skeleton of the Mammoth (Mammuthus meridionalis) will be open to the public free of charge from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the East Bastion of the 16th-century Castle.
Reservations are required for groups of 20 or more by emailing mn-abr.urp@cultura.gov.it.

Last admission to both MuNDA locations is at 7:00 p.m.

“Domenica al museo” is an unmissable opportunity to visit, on its last day of operation, the exhibition “The Master of Campo di Giove. Recomposing a Masterpiece,” curated by Federica Zalabra and Cristiana Pasqualetti, and the Mammoth, on the last day of the East Bastion’s special summer opening!

Tickets

The free ticket is valid for a single visit to both museums on the same day and can be purchased directly at the ticket office or on the Italian Museums portal at www.museiitaliani.it or on the Italian Museums app, choosing the Sunday at the museum visit type.
