Students from the University of L’Aquila will lead visitors on a discovery of the masterpieces from the collections of the National Museum of Abruzzo and the works on display in the Giulio Cesare and Francesco Bedeschini exhibition. Drawing and Invention in L’Aquila in the 17th Century

Guided tours will take place on the following days:

  • January:
    16th at 10:30 a.m., 17th at 4:30 p.m., 18th at 4:30 p.m., 23rd at 4:30 p.m., 24th at 4:30 p.m., 30th at 10:30 a.m., and 31st at 4:30 p.m.
  • February:
    1st at 10:30 a.m., 6th at 4:30 p.m., 7th at 10:30 a.m., 8th at 4:30 p.m., 13th at 4:30 p.m., 14th at 4:30 p.m., 15th at 4:30 p.m., 20th at 4:30 p.m., 21st at 4:30 p.m., 22nd at 4:30 p.m., and 27th at 10:30 p.m.
  • March:
    1st at 4:30 PM
    After March 3rd, the last day of the Giulio Cesare and Francesco Bedeschini exhibition. Drawing and Invention in L’Aquila in the 17th Century, guided tours of the collections of the National Museum of Abruzzo will continue on the following days:
  • March:
    12 at 10:30 a.m., 13 at 4:30 p.m., 14 at 10:30 a.m., 19 at 4:30 p.m., 20 at 10:30 a.m., 21 at 4:30 p.m., 26 at 10:30 a.m., 27 at 4:30 p.m., and 28 at 10:30 a.m.
    Students will lead guided tours of the east bastion of the 16th-century castle, introducing visitors to the extraordinary history of the mammoth’s fossil skeleton on the following days, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.:
